Twenty four hours, seven days.
A tree emergency does not wait for office hours, so our emergency line does not either. We answer calls twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, and the crew that shows up is the same one that runs the scheduled jobs, not a subcontractor we have never worked with before.
An emergency is a tree on a home, a car, a boat, a driveway, or on a neighbour's property. It does not have to be your tree on your land for us to come out. If it is down on something and somebody could get hurt, call.

Storm damage at the Lake.
Wind off the water brings its own kind of damage: a limb through a roof, a trunk across a dock, a tree leaning on a boat lift that is one gust from going the rest of the way. When we get to a job like that, the first thing the crew does is look at the whole scene before anyone picks up a saw.
That means working out what is actually holding weight and what is safe to stand near before anything gets cut loose. Once the site is safe, we clear it: the limb, the debris, and anything else the storm left behind.
Chapter 03
How fast.
We will not promise you an hour, because a storm does not move through the Lake area one house at a time. What we will tell you, in our own words: we will send someone out to you as soon as we possibly can, usually within the day.
